January 15
Our January bond sale will be held on January 15, 2025. The NHMBB plans to issue $54,980,000 in tax-exempt municipal bonds to 9 NH communities. These loans will help finance elementary school renovations, solar array, library and water projects, conservation easements, IT infrastructure and the final phase of the Sullivan County nursing home. If you are interested in reviewing the details of this bond issue, the Preliminary Official Statement will be posted here on Monday, January 7, 2025.
If you have a bond warrant article that you plan to include in 2025, we strongly suggest that you contact your bond counsel to be sure you are following all the necessary requirements and deadlines. The NH Municipal Bond Bank’s next bond issue will be held on July 16, 2025. The NHMBB requires a completed bond application, Bond Counsel opinion and 3 years of CPA audits. If you would like to be included in this pooled bond issue, please call the Bond Bank to request an application. The application deadline is April 25, 2025.
