NHMBB 2026 Series B Sale Results

The NH Municipal Bond Bank’s July tax-exempt bond sale was held on July 15, 2026.  NHMBB received 13 very close and competitive bids and awarded the bid to Huntington Securities.  $77,780,000 in bonds were sold to a pool of 15 communities to finance 18 projects including school renovations, roadway improvements, dam and sewer upgrades, police and fire station renovations, wastewater treatment plant repairs, loan refinancing, land acquisition, and bridge reconstruction.

The true interest rate on these loans was 2.90% on a 5-year loan, 3.17% on a 10-year loan, 3.57% on a 15-year loan, and 3.84% on a 20-year loan.  If you are interested in reviewing the details of this bond issue, you can find the Final Official Statement for the 2026 Series B under the investors tab on our website (www.nhmbb.org).

If you have a bond warrant article that you plan to include in FY27, we strongly suggest that you contact your bond counsel to be sure you are following all the necessary requirements and deadlines.  The NH Municipal Bond Bank’s next bond issue will be held on January 13, 2027.  If you would like to be included in this pooled bond issue, please call the Bond Bank to request an application.  The application deadline is October 23, 2026.
